The Role: Truck Dispatch Agent
As a Truck Dispatch Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our carriers. Your core responsibilities will include:

Finding and negotiating the best-paying loads on the market.

Managing all dispatch-related paperwork, including broker packets and rate confirmations.

Building strong, professional relationships with your assigned carriers.

Providing 24/7 support and creative problem-solving for drivers on the road.
Our Requirements
We are looking for the best in the business. Candidates must meet the following:

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a truck dispatcher or freight agent.

Motivation: You must be professional, highly motivated, and a self-starter.

Character: You must be committed, reliable, intelligent, and transparent—aligning with our value of integrity.

Tech Setup: Must have an updated computer (PC or Mac) with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

Office Setup: Must have a professional home office environment, including a smartphone and printer/scanner capabilities.

Skills: Must have excellent English communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
